We are currently seeking a visionary Chief Client Officer, to lead AFSC’s client service strategies and elevate service delivery across Alberta. As a key member of the executive team, the CCO will advance and support AFSC’s enterprise-wide strategic objectives to grow and sustain Alberta's agriculture sector. Responsibilities The CCO is accountable for the development, delivery, and success of AFSC’s lending, insurance, adjusting, and client care operations; functions that directly impact all clients and communities we serve. The ideal candidate will foster a people-centric culture, embrace a digital-first mindset, and lead initiatives that enhance client experiences while streamlining operations. What You Bring A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the financial (insurance, banking, or related) sector and/or agriculture industry. A strong preference for candidates with agricultural experience – whether lived or through private or public sector experience. A proven track record of leading client-focused strategies that deepen relationships, improve service delivery and drive business growth. The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Government of Alberta, and align client initiatives with AFSC long term goals.
