Stockroom Leader

Overview The Stockroom Leader is responsible for managing operation of the Quaker Stockroom and is a support function to the Trenton Site’s spare parts purchasing. This includes working with vendors, couriers, and customs brokers to ensure the correct part is sourced and, in the timeframe required. Manage stockroom staff (attendant/receiver) Ensure stockroom data is consistently updated and managed through cycle‑counts, Min/Max on hand updates, and clearing of obsolete items Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Stockroom leader will manage Open PO and POs received to ensure accurate forecasting of spend and proper budget management Managing delivery timelines by working with vendors to ensure accurate forecasts as well as ensuring parts are received in time for critical planned jobs Identify obsolete items, and work with maintenance team to recommend a substitution and ensure differences are highlighted for maintenance techs. Analyze current inventory and usage to identify opportunities for productivity or savings through vendor changes, minimum order quantities, refurbishment or moving to in‑house fabrication/repair. Maintain RFID Portal and its connection to CMMS to ensure accurate parts usage records Support and be an SME for the purchasing side of S4/HANA (SAP EAM) Qualifications Technical background, strong understanding of parts and service for CPG/Foods manufacturing industry Organized and analytical to ensure good documentation of parts and strategic sourcing Knowledge of Avantis and/or SAP S4/HANA Understanding of procurement process Understand of Food Manufacturing processes and GMPs Understanding of good maintenance practices in terms of planning, kitting, and breakdown support Understanding of best practices for inventory management (min/max on hand, criticality, etc) Why work at PepsiCo?
