About the Role The Demand Generation Manager plays a key role in driving growth for both Keela and Raisely. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this pivotal role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns and programs that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue. This role is especially focused on developing and scaling paid media and paid social strategies; leveraging creative storytelling, audience targeting, and performance data to maximize reach and impact across digital channels. Campaign Strategy, Development & Execution Strategize, develop, and execute end-to-end integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media and paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit) and review platforms (Capterra, Software Advice) to reach nonprofit marketing and fundraising audiences Lead both always-on and targeted campaigns including but not limited to those based on geolocation, sub-verticals, and competitive positioning, driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and accelerating pipeline growth Collaborate closely with Sales to develop and execute targeted, sales‑assisted campaigns, ensuring alignment on outreach, follow‑up, and lead handoff strategies Experiment with emerging trends and innovative ideas in campaign formats, creative approaches, and audience engagement to continuously challenge the status quo and improve performance Partner with Marketing Operations to track impact, measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns based on performance data and conversion metrics Paid Media & Channel Management Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and review platforms (Capterra, SoftwareAdvice), including ad creation, audience targeting, budget management, and performance monitoring Optimize campaigns through data‑driven testing leveraging A/B experiments, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROI Identify new channel opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships that expand reach and collaborate with Brand Marketing to support distribution for brand‑led campaigns Manage paid media budgets strategically, ensuring optimal spend allocation and efficiency across all paid channels Partner with the external paid search agency to provide creative assets, review performance insights, and share recommendations for growth and cross‑channel alignment Track and report campaign performance regularly to identify trends, highlight learnings, and inform ongoing optimization Requirements Required Skills & Experience Demand Generation Expertise: 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably within SaaS or technology companies Paid Media Management: Proven track record managing paid media and paid social campaigns Integrated Campaign Development: Experience developing integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and drive measurable revenue growth Creative Problem‑Solver: Demonstrated success testing new formats, channels, and approaches to stand out in a competitive market Project Management: Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Data‑Driven Approach: Experience using analytics tools to measure content distribution success and inform strategy Strong Collaboration: Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales and cross‑functional teams (Product Marketing, Brand, Design, Marketing Ops) to align campaigns with go‑to‑market priorities Preferred Attributes Experience the nonprofit/social impact sector or familiarity with marketing to fundraising or donor‑focused audiences Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and data platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay) Experienced in partnering with external agencies and vendors Benefits Salary – US: $110,000 – $125,000 USD; Canada: $103,500 – $125,000 CAD Paid Time Off – 4 weeks paid leave (Canada) / open discretionary time off (US) + 11 public holidays + end‑of‑year shutdown (2 weeks) Remote‑first company – work wherever you’re happiest Training support – pay for conference or course tickets when you want to learn new skills Health Coverage & Retirement – robust medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance; 4 % retirement match in US & Canada If you have any questions or require accommodations in the interview process, please reach out to Equality & Diversity Commitment We know with diversity comes strength.
