This multidisciplinary team integrates various specialties, encouraging robust connections between the following: Information Security and Information Risk and Protection IRM KRI Program Manulife’s IT Standards Control procedures Process Governance Change Management Risk & Control Required Qualifications Understanding of cybersecurity principles, controls, and leading practices Proficiency in identifying and addressing strategic cybersecurity challenges and risks, applying critical thinking and innovative solutions to drive positive outcomes 3+ years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of Cryptographic Safeguards and Customer System Authentication, particularly in the context of cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will understand secure protocols, encryption methods, and identity verification in governing our processes to ensure our stakeholders are compliant to our company standards.
