À Propos As a business analyst in the Digital Transformation (DX) team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to improve enterprise performance and implementing effective solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role involves assessing and documenting business processes, analyzing data to support strategic decision‑making, and developing solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining performance indicators and reports that enable regular trend analysis. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure that proposed solutions are practical and impactful. Working with IT and business teams, you will contribute to the implementation of technology enhancements that support digital modernization and transformation. Responsabilités Design and document requirements for our core platforms, including writing specifications, conducting testing, and managing deployment, training, and change management activities. Collaborate with the IT team to develop solutions that meet business needs, engaging stakeholders throughout the process to ensure alignment. Perform business process analysis and identify optimization strategies, evaluate solution performance, and provide continuous feedback for improvement. Collaborate with the DX program manager to manage project priorities and oversee roadmap deliverables. Drive UAT testing by creating test plans and managing testing effort. Develop training materials for product users and coordinate communication deployments to ensure successful adoption. Participate in deployment tasks to facilitate smooth launches of new features and updates. Supervise development efforts with the development team, adhering to agile methodologies. Monitor user adoption and assess the effectiveness of deployed solutions, guiding continuous improvements. Profil Recherché Experience in origination and financial systems, ideally in commercial finance. Proven change management experience. Proficiency in UX/UI design principles. Experience with Salesforce and Jira platforms. Experience in equipment financing or related financial services. Bi‑lingual (French‑English) to serve clients and partners across Canada and the US. Formation Et Expérience Bachelor or MBA in business administration, mathematics, finance, IT, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
