Mit Ihrer Erfahrung und Motivation lenken Sie als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) durch spannende und komplexe Bauprojekteaus dem Bereich Real Estate. Als Teil eines Projektteams beraten Sie unsere namhaften Auftraggeber bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung spannender Hochbauprojekte. Sie steuern Projekte und Programmeunterschiedlicher Größe und Komplexität; Hierzu gehört u.a. die Projektorganisation, die Projektzielsetzung, die Projektsteuerung, die Terminplanung oder die Dokumentation des Projektfortschrittes. In Ihrer Schnittstellenfunktion stellen Sie ein strukturiertes Projekt-Stakeholder-Management sicher und sind ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für kundeninterne Fachbereiche, Generalplaner, Generalunternehmer, Subunternehmen, lokale Behörden, etc. Als Bauherrenvertreter haben Sie ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für die Kundenanforderungen, einschließlich Design, Spezifikationen und Anweisungen. Sie behalten jederzeit die Prozesse der Gebäudefertigstellung, der Inbetriebnahme und der Übergabe im Blick. Sie haben ihr technisches Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Als Senior Project Manager verfügen Sie über ca. 7-10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektsteuerung für komplexe Hochbauprojekte. Unternehmerisches Denken, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sowie die Fähigkeit zu analytischem und vernetztem Denken zeichnet sie aus. Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit und haben Spaß daran, in multikulturellen Teams zu arbeiten. Sie haben Erfahrung mit großen und komplexen Projekten im Industriebereich. Sie verfügen über eine gesunde Mischung aus Durchsetzungs- und Einfühlungsvermögen, Zielstrebigkeit und Teamorientierung und arbeiten selbstständig, detailliert und sorgfältig.
