Helping SaaS companies scale Engineering teams. About the Position We are looking for an engineer who can design and deliver advanced autonomous AI systems that support complex technical workloads. This role focuses on building intelligent agents that can reason through multi stage tasks, interact reliably with tools and data sources, and operate inside production environments. You will work in a setting where applied research meets real world engineering, turning state of the art language model capabilities into dependable systems used by engineering teams. The work involves creating agent architectures, shaping evaluation methods, refining reasoning quality, and integrating the entire stack into cloud based environments. You will collaborate closely with product and research groups to turn sophisticated technical processes into automated agent driven flows. What you will do Create agent systems that can handle multi step reasoning, maintain long term context, use retrieval effectively, and interact with various internal tools and data sources. Build evaluation pipelines that measure grounding accuracy, reasoning strength, reliability of tool use, and completion of extended tasks. Develop architectures that coordinate multiple agents and supervisor patterns for stronger performance and stability. Deploy agent workflows in cloud environments, monitor runtime behavior, and refine system performance over time. Translate complex technical processes into end to end automated pipelines together with product, research, and engineering teams. What you should bring Practical experience creating autonomous agent systems. Familiarity with tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith or similar frameworks. Understanding of retrieval strategies, memory design, and agent evaluation methods. Evaluation and optimization Ability to design custom evaluation metrics. Experience measuring reasoning depth, correctness of tool usage, and retrieval effectiveness. Comfortable blending automated scoring with human review when needed. Cloud and infrastructure Strong engineering foundation with experience in cloud environments. Knowledge of containers, backend services, and integration patterns. Experience with modern development practices and testing approaches. Strong Python experience and comfort working with cloud platforms. Qualifications Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Five to ten years of experience in software engineering. At least two years building and shipping agent based systems in production. Hands on experience with retrieval augmented generation, agent evaluation, and frameworks such as LangGraph and LangSmith. Nice to have Contributions to open source AI projects. Experience scaling multi agent systems. Background in planning algorithms, reinforcement learning, or autonomous decision making. History of delivering agent driven systems used in production.
