Project Manager - Disaster Restoration & Reconstruction ServiceMaster Restore of Calgary Responsible for estimating and overseeing disaster restoration and construction projects in residential and commercial settings. Deliver high‑quality results to property owners and insurance clients. Responsibilities Estimate clean‑up and reconstruction work, typically using Xactimate. Act as the primary contact for customers. Secure project work and oversee completion. Collaborate effectively with team members inside and outside the organization. Ensure service level agreements, KPIs, profitability, and revenue goals are met. Handle administrative and corporate responsibilities and expectations. Participate in on‑call rotations and extra hours as required. Qualifications Experience estimating and managing construction in residential and commercial environments; preference for restoration industry experience. Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical/computing skills. Strong people and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
