Bluebird Medical Centre - Kelowna - FT, permanent*6.* Kelowna Hills Medical and Skin Care - Kelowna - FT, PT, Casual*General Responsibilities, but not limited to** Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.* Manage electronic medical records efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.* Handle multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.* Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns promptly.* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support office operations and enhance patient care.*General qualifications** MOA certificate from an accredited educational institution* Previous experience as an MOA* Knowledge of Med Access, Telus CHR, Oscar and/or Accuro EMR* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Excellent customer service skills and strong patient focus* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Detail-oriented* Must be legally entitled to work in Canada* Subject to criminal background check*MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE CENTRAL OKANAGAN*If you are interested and meet the qualifications listed below, we invite you to apply to this posting.
