What You’ll Do Work in a fast-paced environment in a small, agile team where you will collaborate with teams across the company to tackle complex technical challenges. Listen to the customer to identify issues and build requirements. Create solutions to automate network management platforms while experimenting with cutting edge technologies. What You Bring Strong communicator who can break down complex, technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Willingness to collaborate with the team to find innovative solutions to problems. Team player with respect for diverse ideas and perspectives. Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and see them through to completion. Degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience. Deep knowledge of system architecture, database management, and integration technologies. Understanding of cloud-native applications using microservices and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of core Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services). Familiarity with OpenShift architecture, web console, CLI (OC), and container, networking, storage, and security management. Ability to understand business processes and requirements.
