Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure adequate user and QA validation of processes and software. Plan and conduct large cross-functional meetings to develop Information Systems Test Plans and Scripts. Execute test scripts for various departments, projects, and systems. Document test scripts according to change control SOPs. Maintain a central knowledge base of Dynacare systems. Train and support staff across the organization performing validations. Participate in project reviews to improve integration and validation processes. Review systems annually to monitor performance. Initiate and communicate corrective actions as required. Escalate quality concerns such as test deviations appropriately. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Health Studies, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in system validation or quality assurance. Experience in information technology or health informatics. Knowledge of laboratory operations, processes and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience working with cross-organizational teams. Understanding of the scientific and technical functions of operational departments. Proficiency with the Laboratory Information System (LIS) for data access, analysis and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work on multiple concurrent technical projects, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within Dynacare. Capacity to perform under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
