Base pay range CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$160,000.00/yr Role Overview Senior Product Marketing Manager - Parallels Desktop (PMM). Push the boundaries of tech in your sweatpants. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us change the way the world works with Parallels: anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity. (And though we are looking for senior-level here, if you’re intermediate with a strong track record and are ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you). As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work with the Parallels Desktop and Parallels Desktop Enterprise products, under the Parallels brand. Key areas of focus will include elaborating use‑cases, strengthening our enterprise story, and simplifying our value proposition. Another key priority will be to further enhance our Parallels Desktop growth through our work with people and technologies heavily aligned with the Apple and Microsoft ecosystem. Your team is global and working across multiple time zones, so a high degree of comfort with remote work and asynchronous collaboration is critical. That’s why we hire amazing people and get out of their way. Responsibilities Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure successful rollouts. Craft compelling Parallels product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences (Individuals and Business). Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the Sales team. Contribute to the preparation of materials to reach customers, highlighting product value propositions and competitive advantages, strengthening the Parallels Enterprise story, and producing blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and other assets that support product awareness and adoption. Support and help drive our Parallels Desktop Enterprise growth motion positioning, creation of relevant content and messaging, and drive growth activities. Provide internal or external speaking engagement (presentations) related to the product. Elaborate and develop content and messaging for key user groups and use‑cases. Translate roadmap and feature capabilities provided by Product Management into meaningful messaging for customers, channel partners & sales. Manage new releases from a sales & marketing perspective (esp the content & positioning part). Qualifications Strong analytical skills and use data to drive insights. Ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non‑technical audiences; able to simplify and structure complex technical messages. Hands‑on experience in content creation (blogs, slide decks, …) combined with strong story‑telling skills. 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or equivalent to IT solutions. 8‑10 years of experience in the IT industry. Hands‑on technology skills are a must (e.g., you can install and use Parallels Desktop, you understand the technical foundations of the technology). Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Ideal Skills Experience with marketing Enterprise products on‑device and managed device solutions. Understanding of the Apple ecosystem and its relevance to enterprise environments.
