Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – RCM & Onboarding 2.0 Location: Onsite, Singapore Engagement: 6-Month Contract (Full-Time, Onsite) Start Date: Within 4 weeks About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0. This is an onsite consulting role for a 6-month project in Singapore. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth stakeholder adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding 2.0. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and workflows. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide sustainable resolution. Configure templates, data models, business rules, workflows, permissions, notifications, and forms. Support data migration and integration with Employee Central and downstream systems. Conduct UAT, end-user training, documentation, and handover to operations. Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure solution quality and timely delivery. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in RCM or Onboarding 2.0 (at least one certification is required). 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors RCM and/or Onboarding 2.0. Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding business processes and workflows. Proficiency in permissions configuration, data models, business rules, and template design. Ability to interact with business stakeholders confidently and lead solution discussions. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Nice to Have Experience with Employee Central, EC integrations, or global HR transformation programs. Project delivery experience in Singapore or Asia region. Work Arrangement Onsite role in Singapore throughout the project duration. Standard business hours with flexibility for workshops or rollout activities as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
