Senior Mechanical Engineer – Green Matters Technologies We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the fundamental engineering design of mechanical systems for advanced heat recovery and heat pump solutions. The role involves applying deep expertise in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, process flow design, and system modeling to develop efficient, reliable, and innovative systems. The senior engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver optimized solutions from concept through detailed design, manufacturing, and testing. Pay Range Base pay: $90,000 – $120,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience. Discuss details with a recruiter. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in mechanical/thermal system engineering, ideally within heat recovery, refrigeration, HVAC, or energy systems industries. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license strongly preferred (or eligibility to obtain). Proven track record in system design, modeling, and development of complex mechanical systems. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work habits.
