Assistant Store Manager – Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. Rexall is a community‑focused pharmacy with over 7,000 staff nationwide. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, lead a team, and deliver excellent customer service. What You Will Be Doing Demonstrate strong sales ability, leadership, and communication skills to drive store performance. Assist with HR activities including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, and union matters. Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care. Help the Front Store Manager maintain budgeted sales, gross profit, EBITDA, inventory targets, labour costs, shrink, and store expenses. Champion development of subject‑matter expertise (health & wellness product knowledge, merchandising, loss prevention, health & safety, pharmacy/patient care). Adhere to marketing programs and initiatives such as price management, merchandising, planograms, flyers, and local advertising. How You Will Succeed Previous supervisory experience in retail required. 1–2 years of retail experience. Exceptional multi‑tasking and adaptability skills. Proven customer service and communication skills. Previous experience reviewing and analyzing financial reports.
