The Revenue Operations Specialist will shape and scale the company’s sales and marketing data ecosystem. About You You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, are proactive in problem‑solving, and eager to grow into a more strategic role. Responsabilitites CRM Support & Maintenance Own day‑to‑day execution and management of HubSpot and/or Salesforce, including data entry workflows, field updates, and user support. Maintain data cleanliness by deduplicating records and optimizing lead/account structure. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support marketing and sales KPIs. Campaign Support Set up and monitor campaign tracking and attribution in HubSpot and/or Salesforce. Support integration and execution of tools like GoHighLevel and Cognism. Ensure correct lead routing and scoring rules are implemented for ICP, MQL, and SQL definitions. Data Management Pull data across platforms for analysis (HubSpot, Salesforce, lead‑gen platforms, spreadsheets). Assist with list segmentation, database hygiene, and tagging for outbound and inbound marketing. Process Documentation & Execution Document SOPs for recurring RevOps tasks such as lead assignment and campaign tracking. Platform Integrations Execute technical setup and syncs between platforms (HubSpot and/or Salesforce with GoHighLevel). Troubleshoot integration issues, data sync errors, and automation failures. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, HubSpot and/or Salesforce, Admin, Marketing Ops, or CRM‑focused role. Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce (Admin or power‑user level). Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; bonus for SQL or data visualization tools. Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnels. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation. Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, CloudTalk, Cognism, or HubSpot is a plus. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
