We are hiring across multiple positions and considering applicants across both Senior Associate and Vice President roles: Senior Associate Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you will lead the execution of M&A mandates, supported by a team of Analysts & Associates and under the guidance and oversight of senior professionals. Key responsibilities include the following: Review and provide support in preparing financial and pricing analysis, including detailed financial modelling, data‑driven forecasting, and scenario analysis Review and provide support in preparing mandate‑related research, including industry, market, and competitive landscape research Review and provide support in preparing marketing materials, including Pitch Decks, Teasers, Confidential Information Memorandums, and other client‑related and market‑oriented materials Assist in identifying and evaluating prospective acquisition targets, purchasers, and investors With support from senior team members, lead end‑to‑end deal execution, acting as key point of contact for clients, targets, and other stakeholders Oversee multiple engagements and ensure timely completion of high‑quality client deliverables With support from senior team members, deliver high‑impact presentations and recommendations to boards, owners, and senior stakeholders With support from senior team members, manage project budgets, monitor resourcing, and oversee billing to ensure efficient execution of work Support the ongoing development of junior team members, acting as a career coach to guide performance management, professional growth, and long‑term career progression Support business development and lead generation by representing the firm in the market and building relationships within the broader community Assist with the development of the firm’s business strategy by identifying high‑potential market segments, analyzing competitive positioning, and uncovering opportunities for growth and differentiation Embrace new technologies and encourage their use to improve operational efficiency and process execution Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business with a concentration in finance and accounting 5+ years of relevant experience (public accounting, corporate finance, M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, or related experience) 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar advisory role (corporate finance, M&A advisory, investment banking) 1+ years of team lead or management experience A minimum of one relevant designation (CPA, CBV, CFA, MBA, or other relevant designations); multiple designations or progress towards multiple designations is viewed as an asset See Candidate DNA section above for other relevant details Vice President Responsibilities As a Vice President, you will lead the execution of M&A mandates, supported by a team of Analysts & Associates and with limited oversight from senior professionals, with a focus on presence in the market.
