Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Project Manager role Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects on strict deadlines and within budget. Acquire resources, coordinate team and third‑party contractors to deliver projects. Define objectives, oversee quality control throughout lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals. Coordinate managers and technical personnel throughout project phases. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Develop schedules and methods for measuring results. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project. Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on‑time completion. Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct project post‑mortems and create recommendations reports. Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities. Prepare requests for proposals and conduct meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products. Planning and overseeing preparation and dissemination of project communications. What We Are Looking For Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 7 years experience in project management, focus on technology projects. Strong proficiency in resource planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, process improvements. Agile/Scrum. Confident decision making. Design and development. Project management methodologies and tools. Project management software (Microsoft Project, ADO, ServiceNow platform). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent verbal and written communication, critical and strategic thinking, time management, priority planning and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills with stakeholder management. High level of initiative and ownership. Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Collaborative mindset with problem‑solving attitude. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with End‑User Computing, provisioning and management platforms. Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, iOS, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC. Knowledge of telephony & fax, VoIP, Teams Calling, Fax Gateway, Meeting Room & collaboration tech. Understanding of Microsoft 365: tenancy management, M365 Apps, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot for M365.
