We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our data and reporting ecosystem across ECI's vertical SaaS products. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a data-driven product leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics strategy, product design, and technical execution. You’ll define how customers visualize performance, monitor operations, and make informed decisions using modern BI and data technologies such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Cognytics or similar tools. Working within the Foundry, you’ll help shape the data strategy, evaluate technology options, and design reusable data products and intuitive reporting experiences that empower customers with clarity and confidence. What You’ll Do Own the roadmap and execution for data, analytics, and reporting capabilities within select ECI SaaS products. Define the long-term vision for unified reporting and shared data models, ensuring consistency across products and verticals. Collaborate closely with data engineering and architecture teams to build scalable pipelines and governed data environments. Partner with design and UX to deliver modern, intuitive reporting experiences using embedded analytics and role-specific dashboards. Translate customer needs into product requirements through voice-of-customer insights and hands-on validation. Deliver and iterate quickly—launch proofs-of-concept, measure adoption, and expand successful pilots into production. Track success with metrics such as adoption rate, time-to-insight, report usage, and data quality. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a focus on data, analytics, or reporting platforms. Technical fluency: Strong understanding of BI and data infrastructure technologies (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, or data lakes). Analytical mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data challenges into clear, actionable reporting experiences. Customer empathy: Strong ability to connect with users and turn their reporting needs into measurable outcomes. Execution: Skilled in iterative delivery, data validation, and cross-functional alignment. Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring small, cross-functional teams that blend product, data, and engineering disciplines. Impact orientation: History of delivering analytics features that improve visibility, efficiency, or decision-making. Why Join ECI?
