We seek a dynamic and well-connected Industry Network Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach within the personal support worker (PSW) industry.


Job Summary:

The Industry Network Specialist will be responsible for leveraging their extensive connections within personal support worker (PSW) agencies to foster relationships, drive business growth, and expand our network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the PSW industry and possess a wide-reaching network of contacts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers within PSW agencies to drive business opportunities.
  • Networking: Leverage existing network and develop new connections to expand the company's reach within the PSW industry.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with PSW agencies and related organizations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the PSW industry.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential partners.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of business development activities and provide regular reports on progress and results.


Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the personal support worker (PSW) industry, with a strong network of contacts.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within PSW agencies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior executives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Event Management: Experience in organizing and participating in industry events and conferences.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with or within personal support worker agencies.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to personal support work.
