Ce rôle implique la coordination de l'équipe de fabrication afin de respecter les délais convenus fixés par les clients. Les principales responsabilités reliées à cette fonction sont :
Coordination :
Organiser les échéanciers.
En collaboration avec les chefs d’équipe, coordonner et ordonnancer le travail et les tâches afin de respecter les échéanciers établis.
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des tâches de fabrication et des statuts des projets au niveau du système ERP pour assurer un reflet en temps réel de la situation des lignes de production.
Analyser et résoudre les situations problématiques et conflictuelles afin d'éviter les retards de livraison et les défauts de fabrication.
Collaborer avec les différents gestionnaires afin de résoudre les problématiques en lien avec le respect du calendrier.
Prendre en charge de la gestion du bâtiment.
Gestion RH :
Superviser, « coacher » et évaluer les membres de son équipe.
En collaboration avec l'équipe RH, prendre en charge les dossiers RH.
Veiller à ce que son équipe reçoive le soutien et les outils nécessaires pour mener à bien leurs opérations.
Définir les besoins de formation, planifier et assurer la formation des employés du département.
Méthodologie / processus / performance :
Évaluer, améliorer et mettre en place les processus en place en collaboration avec les chefs d’équipe et les autres collaborateur.
Prendre en charge et utiliser les outils de gestion sur une base régulière avec son équipe.
Maintenir à jour et utiliser les indicateurs de performance de son équipe dans sa gestion afin de rester en lien avec les objectifs de l’entreprise.
Qualifications et expérience
Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le milieu manufacturier
Expérience en supervision d'équipe de fabrication.
Diplôme en gestion des opérations ou domaine connexe.
Connaissance des systèmes ERP et des outils d’ordonnancement de la fabrication.
Connaissance de Power Bi est considéré comme un atout.
Bilingue (un atout).
