Canada FYBR Full time

Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. Competitive and commensurate with experience About FYBR: FYBR is a world leader in precision industrial supply chain analytics, helping clients make confident, data-driven decisions. We combine innovative technology with a commitment to accuracy, clarity, reliability, and collaboration. Our products support critical operational decisions across the supply chain, primarily in the world of forestry and biomass. Our cloud platform transforms drone, handheld, and fixed LiDAR data into actionable financial and operational insights — helping pulp & paper mills, pellet plants, sawmills and biomass facilities reduce inventory variances, improve working capital efficiency, strengthen financial reporting accuracy, and optimize fiber movement and flow through our customers supply chain. Our solutions also help foresters manage our forests for future generations, while helping to optimize the use of harvested fiber. We measure success through the strength of our technology and the value we deliver to our clients. Our Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales with deep experience selling technology-driven solutions to industrial clients. This is a hands‑on role responsible for building and leading FYBR’s enterprise sales efforts from direct client acquisition and relationship management to developing the systems, tools, and processes that will support a growing sales team. This role focuses on building relationships with CFOs, controllers, fiber managers, and mill managers in the pulp & paper, biomass and sawmills sector, demonstrating the financial ROI of improved inventory accuracy, and operational and safety insights. A Day in the Life: Develop and execute account strategies for biomass, sawmill and pulp & paper companies across North America. Lead consultative sales conversations with CFOs, controllers, fiber managers, and mill managers, quantifying the impact of inventory variances on financial results as well as operational optimization benefits. Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (finance, operations, procurement, IT). Collaborate with FYBR’s technical and analytics team to scope client requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Build and manage sales resources and systems, establishing the foundation for a scalable sales team. Drive adoption of FYBR Cloud and related services, with a focus on recurring revenue growth. Continue to nurture and maintain client relationships after the initial sale. Develop and maintain marketing materials in coordination with your FYBR colleagues. Represent FYBR at industry networking opportunities and events (TAPPI, PaperWeek, etc.). What you bring to the team: 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, or industrial analytics into manufacturing or forest products. Proven ability to engage CFO/finance-level buyers and lead ROI-based sales discussions. Track record of closing 6- and 7‑figure deals with long sales cycles (3–12 months). Experience in forest products, pulp & paper, or adjacent industrial verticals (accounting, finance, process automation, ERP, inventory optimization, or scanning/measurement systems) is strongly preferred. Strong consultative sales training (Challenger, Miller Heiman, SPIN, or similar) or demonstrated experience. Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and thrive in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment. Why FYBR? At FYBR, your work has real impact. You’ll lead and execute our enterprise sales strategy, with tremendous opportunity to grow the deployment of our proven, industry‑leading solutions and help shape the future of FYBR’s sales team. We offer a flexible, collaborative work environment with the opportunity to grow your skills in a company that’s transforming the forestry and renewable energy sectors. Be part of a company bringing cutting‑edge drone, LiDAR, and analytics technology to an under‑digitized industry. Help mills eliminate millions in financial risk tied to inventory misstatements. Competitive base salary + performance‑driven commission. Flexible, remote‑first work environment with support for travel. Direct impact on shaping the sales strategy and scaling FYBR across North America. Apply at Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
