As a Business Credit Adjudicator , specializing in agriculture and commercial lending, you’ll play a key role in evaluating and approving credit applications that support the growth and sustainability of our members. What You’ll Do: Evaluate credit applications for agricultural producers and commercial enterprises by analyzing financials, production cycles, market conditions, and risk factors. Make informed credit decisions within delegated authority, balancing risk and opportunity. Collaborate with the farm and business team to understand member needs and structure appropriate credit solutions. Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify emerging risks, especially those tied to seasonal, commodity, or economic shifts. Provide expert recommendations on complex or high value credit applications to senior leaders or credit committee. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights on industry trends, credit practices, and risk mitigation approaches. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of agricultural or commercial lending, credit adjudication, or financial analysis. Post‑secondary education in finance, commerce, or business; plus, a minimum of 7+ years of job‑related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience are the minimum requirements for this position. You’ll have a leg up if you have completed Moody’s Commercial Lending certification.
