Le groupe d'assurance qualité développe et maintient un système de gestion de la qualité (SGQ) de classe mondiale pour assurer la conformité des produits livrables aux clients et promeut l'amélioration continue. En tant que spécialiste de l'assurance de la qualité du matériel, votre rôle sera d’assurer que les standards qualités sont respectés, que les normes de l'entreprise sont maintenues et que l'intégrité des produits est préservée sur le matériel utilisé dans les dispositifs d'entraînement au vol.


Responsabilités principales

• En tant que spécialiste de l'assurance qualité du matériel, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble de la conformité et efficacité du processus fabrication (inspection des produits entrants, inspection finale, cycle complet de la fabrication incluant les validations de produits et des processus associés)

• Effectuer le cycle complet du processus d'audit – planifier un audit, effectuer un audit, rapporter/communiquer les résultats et émettre des actions correctives si nécessaire. Les types d'audit concernent principalement les processus internes (fabrication, réglementation, politiques internes) ainsi que les processus externes/fournisseurs (SMQ, conception, fabrication, assemblage, test, inspection).

• Assurer la conformité du produit envers les exigences de design sur la base d'un plan qualité - développer des normes d'inspection et de tests, établir des points de contrôles, superviser le processus d'inspection, traiter les non-conformités par le biais de plans de résolutions.

• Assurer un maintien des exigences de fabrication – revoir, attribuer la responsabilité et déterminer la disposition matérielle d'une non-conformité ; mener des enquêtes pour déterminer les causes profondes et les actions correctives nécessaires pour des problèmes matériels; mettre à jour/développer les normes utilisées pour accepter/rejeter des pièces; mise en place de cliniques de qualité.

• Diriger des réunions MRB (Revue de Matériel) et fournir les recommandations nécessaires.

• Exécution d’audit qualité en zone de Production.

• Validation et vérification des processus manufacturiers ainsi que des techniques de qualification

• Déploiement de mesures en production pour générer des projets d’amélioration continue

• Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration – analyser les données pour trouver les problèmes récurrents à l'aide d'outils de résolution de problèmes (Ishikawa/Pareto/cartes de contrôle, etc…); organiser des séances d'amélioration de produits/processus.


Exigences

• D.É.C. en mécanique ou électrique (ou formation technique avec expérience équivalente)

• 5+ années d'expérience dans un environnement de fabrication

• Expérience en audit interne et externe (fournisseur) exigée

• Connaissance d'ISO 9001:2015 et de ses principes de gestion de la qualité.

• Connaissance des procédés de fabrication liés aux produits mécaniques ou électriques (soudage, placage, peinture, usinage, tôlerie, assemblage mécanique/électrique, assemblage PCB, assemblage de câbles)

• Bilingue (Français et Anglais)

• Excellente capabilité à communiquer oralement et par écrit
