**Job Title: Shop Helper****Job Description**As a Shop Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth workflow through the paint department by moving and organizing parts. You will support the setup and cleanup of equipment in paint booths and work areas, follow all safety, PPE, and environmental procedures, and perform general housekeeping duties along with assisting in material handling.**Responsibilities**Move and organize parts to maintain a smooth workflow in the paint department.Support equipment setup and cleanup in paint booths and work areas.Adhere to all safety, PPE, and environmental procedures.Perform general shop housekeeping duties.Assist with material handling tasks.**Essential Skills**1u20132 years of experience in general labor, shop, or industrial settings.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Safety-focused and reliable.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with hand tools and power tools.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Forklift or material handling experience.Experience working in a unionized environment.**Why Work Here?**We offer an outstanding benefits package including employer-paid extended health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
