Serve as a senior Citrix specialist supporting Operations, and global projects, delivering expert-level guidance across infrastructure and application environments. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex application connectivity and performance issues. Ensure all production changes follow established lifecycle, risk, and change-management processes. Participate in on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours and weekend work. Escalate issues appropriately to Control Towers or Management when needed. Regularly review and close incidents to enhance monitoring and reduce ticket volume. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing. Participate actively in architecture reviews and strategic planning. Provide Level 3 and application support for incident management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Required Skills Extensive experience in IT Operations and infrastructure support. Strong expertise administering and supporting: Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 22.03 Ivanti End User Workspace Management Proficiency with Windows Server 2016/2019; Windows 11 a plus. Familiarity with Active Directory, VMware, NAS storage, Backup & Recovery, SQL Server, DNS. Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, CMD, VBScript). Experience with VDI and virtualization technologies. Basic understanding of project management principles. Agile methodology exposure is an asset. Experience in the banking industry (preferred). Strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting capabilities. Effective project management and ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Request, Change Management). Ability to work autonomously and manage both operational and project-related responsibilities. Capable of explaining and defending design decisions, with clear understanding of technical risks and alternatives. Ability to generate reports as required for management or business needs.
