The AI Program Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the execution of Chubb’s enterprise-level artificial intelligence and machine learning programs. Reporting to the VP, AI Programs, Strategy & Operations, this position is responsible for leading the execution of key projects within the Global AI portfolio. This involves effectively communicating between Project Leadership and teams, developing roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, benefits tracker, as well as coordinating multi-squad initiatives that translate Chubb’s AI strategy into operational outcomes—delivering production‑ready solutions. The role ensures disciplined delivery governance, alignment with enterprise standards, and measurable business impact across AI initiatives. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Program Delivery Leadership Partner with the AVP, AI Programs and Product Owners to define and deliver the AI roadmap and their estimated financial benefits in alignment with Chubb’s Global AI strategy and business priorities. Lead the end‑to‑end execution of assigned AI programs—from ideation through deployment and post‑production performance and financial benefits tracking. Collaborate with the Product Owners to manage program plans, sprints, dependencies, and milestone tracking across multiple AI squads. Identify program risks and design mitigation plans in alignment with enterprise delivery assurance. Collaborate with Product Owners to coordinate Beta and Production releases ensuring readiness on data, model, and application layers. Maintain comprehensive documentation (e.g., status reports, RAID logs, change control logs), delivery health metrics, and KPI/financial benefit measures for leadership visibility. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as primary liaison between business, technology, product and analytics teams across markets and functions. Communicate effectively with senior leadership through concise executive updates, program dashboards, and decision briefs. Facilitate recurring cross‑functional reviews to align technical deliverables with business value realization. Partner with product owners and tech leads to resolve issues and ensure risk mitigations are implemented. Champion best practices in AI delivery, data lifecycle management, and agile execution. Support capability building across the AI Programs function through process templates, checklists, and lessons learned. Identify opportunities to streamline delivery cycles, improve KPI/financial benefit tracking, and accelerate AI adoption across business units. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline required. 7+ years of experience in transformation program or project management roles within AI, data, or technology transformation domains. Experience working on programs utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus. Proven success leading cross‑functional delivery involving AI models, GenAI/LLM implementations, or advanced analytics platforms. Familiarity with data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Demonstrated ability to manage both business and technical teams. Proven track record in delivering enterprise‑scale outcomes on time and within budget. Proficient in cost‑benefit analysis and tracking, written communications, and executive‑level program reporting. Proven ability to lead projects in dynamic, scaling environments with adaptability and strong team leadership. Experience in strategic roadmap development and iterative planning. Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong execution discipline with mastery in stakeholder engagement, influencing and alignment. Excellent communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills. Excellent written and presentation development skills. Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint and similar program tracking and collaboration tools. Experience in creating automated status reports and benefits trackers using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Deep understanding of AI lifecycle (model build, validation, deployment, and monitoring). Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed, and global environment. Ability to work with cross functional global and local teams for various projects across varying time zones, as required. Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in a fast‑paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
