Why We Need You Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Revenue Generation will be responsible to increase and diversify revenue streams and to implement the major and planned giving strategy with individuals, foundations, corporations, and partners. Your project management, interpersonal, and fundraising skills will help ensure that objectives are met. Main Responsibilities Conduct annual strategic planning that establishes specific objectives and measurable metrics for each component of the organization’s revenue streams. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to ensure consistent, sustainable revenue growth, including through foundation requests, major gift and planned giving programs. Research, write and submit grant applications to secure funding from public and private sources. Identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit gifts from prospective donors including individuals, corporations, and foundations. Grow and renew the donor base by moving donors through the pipeline and converting them into major gift donors. Build and maintain relationships through ongoing stewardship. Design personalized solicitation and stewardship plans for high-capacity donors and prospects. Support leadership and the team in philanthropic events and help develop strategic relationships with potential donors and sponsors. Develop and implement a planned giving program in collaboration with the communications team. Take a relationship and results driven approach; ensure diligent follow-up on all actions of the major gifts committee in alignment with financial goals. Lead the planning and implementation of a major gift campaign supported by a committee. Participate in recruiting volunteer solicitors for the Board’s major gifts committee. Lead strategic meetings and train committee members. Optimize, administer, and maintain the current donor CRM (Prodon), including donor segmentation, gift tracking, and stewardship. Ensure consistent, high-quality, and customized messaging and communication to donors, volunteers and other stakeholders. Develop and oversee donor recognition programs. Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in philanthropy. Perform any other related duties to support ALS Quebec’s financial development. Requirements Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English. Proactive, professional, and adaptable client-service approach. Experience in strategic goal setting and development of fundraising plans. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative. Team spirit and strong collaboration skills. Pourquoi nous avons besoin de vous Relevant de la directrice générale, le ou la Directeur·trice du développement des ressources et du financement aura la responsabilité d’accroître et de diversifier les sources de revenus, ainsi que de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de dons majeurs et planifiés auprès des particuliers, fondations, entreprises et partenaires. Principales responsabilités Mener la planification stratégique annuelle en établissant des objectifs précis et des indicateurs mesurables pour chaque composante des sources de revenus de l’organisation. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de financement afin d’assurer une croissance constante et durable des revenus, notamment par des demandes aux fondations, des dons majeurs et des programmes de dons planifiés. Rechercher, rédiger et soumettre des demandes de subventions afin d’obtenir du financement de sources publiques et privées. Identifier, qualifier, cultiver et solliciter des dons auprès de donateurs potentiels, y compris des particuliers, des entreprises et des fondations. Développer et renouveler la base de donateurs en accompagnant les donateurs tout au long du parcours philanthropique et en les amenant à devenir des donateurs majeurs. Entretenir et renforcer les relations grâce à un suivi et à une reconnaissance continue. Concevoir des plans de sollicitation et de fidélisation personnalisés pour les donateurs et prospects à fort potentiel. Soutenir la direction et l’équipe lors d’événements philanthropiques et contribuer au développement de relations stratégiques avec des donateurs et commanditaires potentiels. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un programme de dons planifiés en collaboration avec l’équipe des communications. Adopter une approche axée sur les relations et les résultats; assurer un suivi rigoureux de toutes les actions du comité des dons majeurs en cohérence avec les objectifs financiers. Diriger la planification et la mise en œuvre d’une campagne de dons majeurs appuyée par un comité. Participer au recrutement de solliciteurs bénévoles pour le comité des dons majeurs du conseil d’administration. Animer des rencontres stratégiques et offrir de la formation aux membres du comité. Optimiser, administrer et maintenir le système de gestion des donateurs (CRM – Prodon), notamment la segmentation, le suivi des dons et les activités de reconnaissance. Assurer des communications cohérentes, de grande qualité et personnalisées auprès des donateurs, bénévoles et autres parties prenantes. Développer et superviser les programmes de reconnaissance des donateurs. Se tenir à jour sur les meilleures pratiques et les nouvelles tendances en philanthropie. Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe visant à soutenir le développement financier de la Société de la SLA du Québec. Exigences Minimum de 7 années d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire. Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais. Approche proactive, professionnelle et axée sur le service à la clientèle. Expérience en planification stratégique et en élaboration de plans de financement. Solides compétences organisationnelles, rigueur et souci du détail. Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs projets simultanément. Autonomie, débrouillardise et sens de l’initiative. Esprit d’équipe et excellentes aptitudes à la collaboration.
