Look no further than a sales opportunity at Lindsay Kia Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their vehicle preferences and guide them through the sales process. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, and available options, to effectively present them to customers. Sales Process: Conduct test drives, explain financing options, and negotiate sales terms to ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Follow‑Up: Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to address inquiries, provide post‑sale support, and encourage repeat business. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide customers with accurate and up‑to‑date information. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to automotive sales. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in auto sales is an asset but not required. However, a minimum of 2 years of previous Canadian sales/retail/hospitality experience is required. OMVIC certification or a willingness to obtain. Technically savvy and prior DMS experience is an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets. Valid G driver's license and a clean abstract.
