Mentor emerging designers to develop leadership and design excellence within the studio. Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, translating visions into actionable plans while exceeding project expectations. Safeguard creative integrity while driving profitability; balance artistic vision with business realities to deliver stunning aesthetics and solid returns. Leadership & Technical Excellence Visionary Leadership Champion sustainable design solutions and set industry standards with cutting-edge approaches. Technical Mastery Master BIM/REVIT, Enscape visualizations, SketchUp modeling, and Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows to optimize processes and maintain high technical standards. Business Architect Influence pursuit strategies, cultivate key relationships, and articulate the creative vision at industry events. Quality Director Guide project excellence from concept to delivery, ensuring elements meet exacting standards while keeping projects on track and within budget. What You Bring to the Blueprint Proven Excellence A strong portfolio with complex projects delivered on time and within budget; active OAA membership and a track record of professional excellence. Technical Fluency Proficiency with building codes, construction methodologies, authority approvals, and coordination of external consultants. Leadership DNA Ability to inspire and balance creative ambition with practical execution to foster innovation.
