Requirements At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on web-scale traffic. Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services over time. High standards for product excellence, combining customer focus with comprehensive observability. A collaborative mindset, empowering your team and continuously learning from peers. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices. Nice to Haves Experience building active trading systems or other high-availability financial systems. Active involvement in trading crypto or other financial instruments. Experience with rapid growth in a company (e.g., transitioning from startup to mid-size). Experience upgrading legacy systems or re-architecting next-generation versions of existing systems. Familiarity with Golang , MongoDB , Redis . Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity .
