Possession of a current Alberta Teaching Certificate In Alberta, teachers designated in principal or acting principal roles must hold the Alberta Leadership Certification (temporary Leadership Certification may be granted but the individual must meet full requirements for Leadership Certification within 3 years) A minimum of three years as a successful school‑based administrator Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as verbal/written communication skills Demonstrated ability to remain current with information technologies Please note: Fluency in French is not a requirement; however, it is considered an asset.
