Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition | US Staffing & Business Development Strategist | Team Builder | Client-Centric Talent Partner | Driving Scalable… Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Software Specialist with deep expertise in configuration, integration, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, multiple Workforce certifications, and the ability to independently manage configurations, interfaces, and global time management requirements. Key Responsibilities Configure and manage Workforce Software independently, including policies and system setup. Utilize Workforce Formula Language , Scripts , and WFS Reports effectively. Handle Time Import and Time Recording Interfaces , ensuring seamless integration and accuracy. Work on HR interfaces , WFS LD tables , and manage HR import mappings. Collaborate with payroll and finance teams for WFS-Payroll and WFS-Finance integrations . Analyze and understand global time management and HCM processes . Manage accruals, exceptions, roles, premiums, transaction creation policies, and settings. Develop and debug WFS reports and integrations, ensuring data integrity and performance. Demonstrate strong understanding of system flows and end-to-end Workforce Software operations. Leverage SQL queries for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting. (Preferred) Knowledge of MuleSoft , SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (SF-EC) , and LOA setup . Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Workforce Software. Certifications: Configuration Specialist (PT102 ) Interface Certification (PT103 ) Report Specialist Certification Strong understanding of Workforce system flows , debugging, and global configurations. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and functional teams.
