What you’ll own Develop partnership strategy with our CEO and sequence which partners matter most Build relationships with SaaS platforms, AI companies, investors, and creators Lead outreach and key conversations with support from an SDR Create resources that help partners understand when to introduce us Look for co-marketing and joint opportunities that add value to both sides Track performance across channels and refine the approach as things evolve Over time, your work will help make Switchboard the preferred partner for SaaS and AI companies, a trusted collaborator for VC and PE firms, and a familiar name among operators and creators. What success looks like Partnerships consistently driving qualified referrals Technology partners recommending us early in their customer journeys Capital partners bringing us into portfolio companies with confidence Content and creator partners amplifying our message to the right audiences What makes you a strong fit 5+ years building partnership programs in consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation A strong network in SaaS, services, or AI ecosystems Experience negotiating and closing partnership agreements Comfortable speaking with founders, operators, and executives Strong execution skills and follow-through A natural relationship builder who keeps connections warm over time What you’ll get Real influence on a core part of Switchboard’s growth strategy Direct collaboration with the CEO and fast decision cycles SDR support to help you focus on high‑value work Remote work anywhere in Canada with at least 3 PST overlap hours Competitive compensation with performance upside Three weeks of vacation to start, plus flexibility Room to grow as the partnership function expands If this sounds like the kind of role you’ve been looking for, we’d love to meet you.
