How You’ll Make An Impact Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and manage an annual marketing calendar and budget aligned with practice goals; monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize growth and patient engagement. Brand Development & Messaging: Evolve our unique value proposition, ensure consistent high‑quality branding across all materials and platforms. Community & Referral Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with referring and non‑referring professionals, local businesses, schools, and community organizations; coordinate educational programs, appreciation gifts, and events. Patient Rewards & Internal Marketing: Oversee the Patient Rewards program, train staff, track effectiveness; lead internal marketing efforts such as newsletters and referrals recognition. Social Media & Digital Presence: Create and manage a content calendar for social media platforms, develop engaging campaigns, and ensure regular on‑brand updates. Public Relations & Events: Chair the External Marketing Committee; lead public relations efforts, community events, lunch‑and‑learns, office tours. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with doctors, treatment coordinators, and office staff to plan meetings and outreach. Creative Content & Materials: Assist in design and production of marketing materials that support outreach across digital and print channels. New Patient Experience: Welcome new patients—prepare welcome packets, gather health histories, coordinate x‑rays and photos, guide patients and parents through the first visit. Treatment Planning & Lead Conversation: Present treatment plans and financial options; prepare exit packets, schedule appointments, complete contracts and consents, and ensure accurate documentation in the system. The Teammate We’re Looking For At least 2 years of marketing experience (preferred). Proficient with Canva or Photoshop, social media platforms, and video editing tools. Strong writing skills with a creative and technical edge. Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for budgeting and reporting. Experience with project management, data tracking, and campaign analysis. Passionate about social media trends and digital engagement.
