The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed. What we are offering Busy from Day One – established practices with strong patient flow Lucrative Compensation Options – percentage of collections, production-based models, or competitive daily or monthly guarantees (varies by clinic and your experience) Relocation and Retention Bonuses Flexible Scheduling – full time, part time, fixed-term, Fly in Fly Out, and locum options Mentorship and CE Support – including Implants, Invisalign, IV Sedation, and other advanced skills Career Growth – leadership and advancement opportunities across our national network Modern, Fully Equipped Clinics with full operational and administrative support People-First, Community-Focused Culture Compensation Percentage of collections Production-based compensation Daily or monthly guarantees Ranges typically begin at 40% - 45% of collections, with potential for higher percentages depending on experience and clinic needs. What we are looking for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process. Registered or in processing of registering with the: Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Alberta We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s) 1 year of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is an asset New graduates welcome with mentorship provided Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
