Line of Business Analytics, Insights, & Artificial Intelligence Job Description Department Overview:Applied Machine Learning Science is a specialized field within advanced analytics that brings deep expertise in AI/ML to drive innovation and improvements in business practices. The role focuses on developing and applying advanced techniques to solve business problems, gathering and modeling data, and utilizing software engineering best practices. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement customer engagement strategy, optimizing engagement across product and service portfolios. Develop complex machine learning models that scale to petabytes of data. Design and deliver enterprise analytic solutions for customers. Generate powerful business insights using advanced machine learning techniques. Lead analytic design, iterative learning cycles, and produce new analytic solutions. Conduct research projects and support presentations for management and broader audiences. Manage cross‑functional relationships and ensure alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements. Stay current on emerging trends and grow knowledge of tools and techniques. Act as a brand ambassador for the business area and the bank. Job Requirements Undergraduate degree in STEM (computer science, engineering, math, physics, etc.); graduate degree preferred. Solid knowledge of applied ML, deep learning, large language models. Experience with optimization and operations research in a commercial marketing context. Strong coding proficiency in python and/or Java and/or Scala. Cloud experience with Azure or AWS and AI/ML services (Databricks, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Machine Learning, etc.). 5+ years of relevant experience.
