Position Overview:You will play a crucial role in creating great experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately- Have the food in a timely and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests- Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guests- Handle payments and process transactions accurately- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless dining experiences- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area- Refilling the salad and wrap station, restocking drinks and dips- Support the kitchen team with service as needed in time- Assist with restocking supplies and ingredients- Provide excellent customer service by promptly fulfilling guest requests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant preferred but not required, training will be provided- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic and willingness to learn- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and a positive attitude, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards- Ability to work effectively as part of a team- Knowledge of food is a plus
