As an HSE Advisor (CoSS), you’ll play a critical role in supporting major projects across Energy, Resources & Industry (ERI) and Transportation & Infrastructure (T&I). Optimize risk management: Lead strategic audits and root‑cause analyses to prevent incidents and improve resilience across projects. The Skills That Set You Apart Certified CoSS (Coordonnateur en santé et sécurité – CNESST) – mandatory. 10+ years of experience in construction site safety, including large‑scale projects (Hydro‑Québec, MTQ). Strong knowledge of Québec health and safety laws and best practices in the energy and transport sectors. Ability to manage multiple phases of projects, from proposals to execution. Bilingual (French and English) and proficient with technical writing for HSE documentation.
