Your work will play a key role in enabling fast, safe releases to internal and external customers. Responsibilities • Architect and implement automated test systems for tools, plug-ins, and workflows across the team • Define and enforce quality standards for shared technology before release • Collaborate with engineering and pipeline teams to embed testing into development processes • Lead efforts in test coverage analysis, performance benchmarking, and regression detection • Maintain and evolve CI environments to support scalable, efficient test execution • Champion integration testing and stability verification for cross-team workflows • Document quality engineering processes and provide mentorship on automation best practices Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years as a quality engineer, writing and managing tests for games or equivalent software. o OR equivalent experience. • Strong experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks • Hands-on knowledge of CI tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Preferred Qualifications: • Highly proficient in C++, C# and object-oriented design programming. • Excellent problem solving abilities. • Effective communication skills; ability to work closely with other high-caliber engineers and artists. • Comfortably works with all disciplines found within a games studio. • Experience with the Unreal Engine.
