About The Role UserVoice is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Marketing Lead / Demand Generation Lead to build and own the engine that drives awareness, education, and pipeline growth for our customer feedback platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating high‑quality demand from Product Teams, VOC Teams, Data Science Teams, and other stakeholders who rely on UserVoice to centralise feedback and make confident company decisions. You’ll lead the development of multi‑channel campaigns, sharpen our positioning in the customer intelligence market, and partner closely with Sales and Product to accelerate revenue. This is a highly hands‑on role suited for someone who thrives in a builder environment and wants to shape the next stage of UserVoice’s growth. This is a remote position. What You’ll Be Doing Demand Generation & Campaign Ownership Build and execute UserVoice’s demand generation strategy across paid channels, organic content, lifecycle programmes, and outbound‑assist motions. Plan and run integrated campaigns that drive MQLs, SALs, and pipeline from product‑focused personas. Test new channels, optimise existing ones, and continuously refine targeting and segmentation. Messaging, ICP, & Market Positioning Deeply understand customer insight workflows, pain points (scattered feedback, lack of clarity, misalignment), and how UserVoice solves them. Refine messaging for CX audiences and ensure consistency across all campaigns and assets. Conduct competitor and market research to anticipate trends and adjust positioning. Content & Funnel Optimization Own or collaborate on content that drives demand: Guides & reports on feedback management Feature comparison pages Case studies with customer teams Educational pieces on customer intelligence management Improve conversion across landing pages, nurture flows, and retargeting sequences. Sales & Product Alignment Partner closely with Sales to build predictable lead flows and support outbound through persona‑specific assets. Coordinate with Product Marketing to launch new features, create compelling narratives, and improve education around UserVoice’s value. Analyse funnel data, identify bottlenecks, and present insights to leadership. Assist in category movement from a product‑centric customer to a broader enterprise audience. Analytics & Reporting Build reporting around campaign performance, CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution. Maintain clean data hygiene across marketing tools and the CRM. Operate with a test‑and‑learn mindset to iterate quickly. What You’ll Bring 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or growth marketing. Demonstrated success building campaigns that generate qualified pipeline. Experience marketing to highly technical or product‑oriented audiences. Strong understanding of SaaS funnels, attribution, and lead lifecycle management. Ability to craft clear, compelling messaging around complex workflows like customer feedback consolidation and prioritisation. Analytical, curious, and comfortable owning both strategy and hands‑on execution. Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics dashboards, and modern marketing stacks. Bonus Points For Experience in the customer feedback, voice‑of‑customer, or product analytics space. Understanding of how teams collect, interpret, and act on feedback. Background supporting sales teams in PLG or hybrid self‑serve + sales‑led environments. Ability to produce content or run webinars geared toward VOC leaders. Why Join UserVoice?
