Job Title: Plant Supervisor Join our team as a Plant Supervisor at a leading aerospace manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee operations, ensuring production efficiency and safety while leading a team of professionals. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient production processes. Manage production scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational goals. Implement and oversee training programs for team development and safety compliance. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety. Analyze data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience leading a team in manufacturing. 3+ years of experience working with CNC machines. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Proficiency in production scheduling and workflow management. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and manufacturing policies. Additional Skills & Qualifications Understanding of AS 9100 or Nadcap standards. Ability to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies. Why Work Here?
