**Job Title: Carpenter****Job Description**We are seeking skilled carpenters and apprentice carpenters for various construction sites in Coquitlam, BC. Join a dynamic team where your craftsmanship will contribute to completing significant industrial projects.**Responsibilities**Meet with the superintendent daily to determine work focus and attend toolbox meetings.Read and interpret blueprints for panels, footings, retaining walls, and stairs.Complete tilt-up construction, including form panels, footings, slabs, retaining walls, and stairs.Assist in building and preparing footings, slabs, panels, and underground layouts.Select materials, plan sequences, and methods for work processes.**Essential Skills**2+ years of experience in construction as a carpenter.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Possession of a personal tool belt with necessary tools (hammer, tape measure, squares, levels, utility knife).Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Vehicle ownership is strongly preferred.Experience with tilt-up construction.Red Seal certification.Experience in industrial construction.Telehandling experience.**Why Work Here?**Join a leading real estate developer with a vertically integrated approach, ensuring consistent work throughout the year.
