Account Consultant (Sales & Marketing) + Signing Bonus - Kitchener Join OSL Retail Services as an Account Consultant driving Bell's full suite of residential products in multi‑dwelling units. This role offers uncapped commissions and a signing bonus after two months. Responsibilities Utilize various marketing strategies including kiosk events, presentations, and face‑to‑face canvassing to drive sales of Bell products. Build and maintain positive relationships with building stakeholders such as superintendents, property managers, and resident managers. Provide best‑in‑class customer experience as a brand ambassador. Use Salesforce CRM for territory and funnel management. Qualifications Ambitious self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Outgoing people person with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and ability to evaluate priorities. Motivated by rewards; uncapped commission offers unlimited earning potential. Demonstrated teamwork skills. Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience an asset. Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. Availability for frequent travel across the region. Flexible full‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends. Benefits and Compensation Competitive base pay, car allowance, and lucrative uncapped commission structure potentially up to $90 k+ per year. Paid car allowance; vehicle required.
