KPI Digital Solutions recherche un chef de projet pour la migration ERP chargé de piloter et de gérer la réalisation des projets internes et clients, en respectant délais et budgets et en atteignant les objectifs d'affaires. Responsabilités Piloter et gérer la réalisation des projets internes et des clients ERP migration. Respecter les délais et le budget tout en atteignant les objectifs d'affaires. Assurer la planification de projet, la définition de la portée, des objectifs, du calendrier et des livrables. Gérer les risques et les dépendances, et coordonner les parties prenantes. Gérer les défis d’intégration avec d’autres systèmes (Oracle, PLM, Windchill, Smarteam, Catia, etc.). Capacités de leadership pour guider des équipes internes (BA et développeurs) et des parties prenantes. Compétences en gestion du changement et excellente communication et résolution des conflits. Bilingue anglais/français requis. Résider près du bureau principal de Sainte-Claire ou dans la grande région de Québec (présence sur site demandée). Exigences du poste / Qualifications Expérience avérée en gestion de projets de migration ERP (Infor pour ce projet; SAP, Oracle ou Dynamics 365 possibles). Compréhension approfondie des systèmes ERP et des processus de migration des données (nettoyage, mapping, validation). Connaissance des processus d’affaires supportés par l’ERP (production, finance, chaîne d'approvisionnement, expédition). Solides compétences en leadership et en coordination d’équipes (environ 5 à 10 BAs et développeurs). Excellentes compétences en gestion du changement et en communication. Must reside near the head office located in Sainte-Claire, or within the greater Quebec City area. On-site only.
