Job Description Customer Experience Associate performs a broad range of customer service transactions and provides information and advice to customers, fostering relationships and ensuring a positive experience. In This Role, You Will Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following TD’s standardized procedures and Code of Conduct. Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely. Build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency. Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use. A proactive, accurate, and detail‑oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
