Job Title: Senior Project Administrator Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada The Client: Valued Government of Canada client in the defence space. Responsibilities: Maintaining and distributing project details (e.g., contact details, organization charts, and specification sheets). Assisting in the development of plans and projects. Monitoring progress of plans and projects. Setting up and maintaining project management tools. Performing data entry and analysis. Drafting briefing notes, reports, and presentations. Assisting the project leader in finding solutions to critical issues. Preparing project orientation information. Coordinating training activities for the project team. Developing plans and projects. Providing administrative expertise in the management of projects, including strategic planning and analysis. Conducting research and analysis to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Assisting in negotiating project details (e.g., contact details, organization charts and contractual details). Providing recommendations to management in support of projects. What you must bring to this role: Must have 3+ years experience. Must have a degree or diploma. Must hold a valid Government of Canada SECRET Clearance.
