Architecte de Solutions PP - PP Solution Architect at Syntax Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (SAP) at Syntax Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Architect to lead and oversee integration and solution architecture for manufacturing projects, primarily within the manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating pre‑sales activities, delivering high‑quality solutions, and ensuring the integrity of SAP implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery and billable activities, including integration and solution architecture. Support sales and presales efforts, contributing to go‑to‑market strategies. Coordinate teams through all phases of system implementation, from analysis and design to production cutover. Identify integration points and ensure end‑to‑end solution integrity. Assist in defining and constructing solutions and participate in workshops to address gaps. Investigate and resolve complex SAP project issues. Develop business cases for new SAP solutions and present recommendations for investment. Communicate project risks and facilitate business process reviews. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering. Minimum of 15 years of experience with SAP implementations in manufacturing, particularly in Automotive and/or Medical Devices. Proven experience with S/4HANA and participation in pre‑sales activities. Must be fluent in English & French. Preferred Qualifications Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Educational and Certification Requirements Relevant certifications in SAP and project management are advantageous. Key Attributes Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry trends, particularly in Automotive and Medical Devices. Strong leadership and client follow‑up skills. Ability to adapt to varying project phases and environments. Strategic and tactical mindset with excellent planning and execution capabilities. Additional Information Seniority level: Director.
