Who We Are:

Heartland Generation is one of Alberta’s largest power generators, supplying more than 2,660 MW (gross) of power for the benefit of industrial, commercial and residential consumers.

Our balanced portfolio of contracted and merchant facilities provides reliable and efficient baseload power, as well as dispatchable generation with the ability to meet peak electricity demand. At Heartland Generation, we are focused on building a better bridge to a clean energy future through our innovative decarbonization strategy.
