Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $140,000 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a hybrid work structure that combines both remote and in-person work Generous paid time off policy and travel perks/discounts Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through various initiatives Support for personal and professional development, including a Tuition Reimbursement Program What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Flight component, aligned with overall business objectives Define and prioritize features and enhancements for the Flight product roadmap based on user feedback and market demands Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless flight booking experiences Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive continuous improvement Lead the end-to‑end product development lifecycle for Flight products, from ideation to launch and beyond What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field Proven experience (3‑5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on flight‑related products or services Deep understanding of the travel industry, including airline operations and distribution channels Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret data and user feedback Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with flight booking systems, GDS platforms, and airline APIs Experience working in an Agile development environment Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering user‑centered design solutions We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
